Trust is imperative in a good relationship. It is essential in honest communication. Distrust can be an important warning sign that you need to step back look and listen, even delay some of your actions until you understand your feelings.

It has been said that ‘You gain strength, courage, and confidence every time you face your fears.’ I think you also gain spiritual muscles every time you face your fears with your faith establishing your living witness of God’s power working in your life.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1
Sometimes we go through a day without hoping for anything. Exercise your faith and make a mental list of what you are have hope for today. Stay ready to praise as what you hope for is manifested!
You may be experiencing some challenges right now in your life. Know that God has an escape plan and an elevation plan. So turn your eyes away from the storm and your ears toward heaven and listen for Divine instructions for your escape and elevation. You are going to rise above this storm.
Sometimes we are our own stumbling block. We allow doubt, fear, insecurities, etc. to settle in our minds and keep us from moving forward. Our greatest weapon in moments like these is prayer. To be honest though in moments of self sabotage we often cannot pray for ourselves. So we need prayer in advance and without ceasing. We all need someone to pray for us daily. Make sure you are daily praying for someone and ask someone to daily pray for you.
Remembering loved ones who have passed on is a way of honoring how they live on in those who loved them. Do not hesitate to mourn their passing it is an act of love. Be sure to grieve it is an act of learning how your life goes on.
Trying to please people can be a misguided effort and wasted resources. Yes we want to understand expectations that others have of us or that come with our responsibilities but our aim is to please God and ourselves. To be satisfied with our contribution knowing that we did the best we could under the circumstances of the moment. No second guessing, no regrets, no shoulda, coulda, or woulda.
Pay attention to what brings you joy. Notice what gives you peace. And do what works. Resist what harms you by increasing your energy and time toward what gives you peace and joy. You will have less time and energy for what harms you. So it’s not just what you don’t do, you gotta do what works.
Do not take the challenges you meet today personally. Breath deep and be still before God before you respond. Nothing is coming at you that God and you can’t handle.
When you find yourself rushing, cutting corners, skipping steps or compromising excellence stop. Take a moment to pray and re-group. It can save you from having to repeat and re-do your work.
